中国质量新闻网讯 12月19日，德州市食药监局官网发布通告称，根据《人民共和国食品安全法》及其实施条例等有关规定和德州市食品安全监督抽检计划安排，市食品药品监督管理局对141批次保健食品进行了监督抽检，其中合格产品140批次，不合格产品1批次，合格率99.29%。

蓝帽子办理所需要的资料： 
1、国产保健食品注册申请表。 
Application form for domestic health food registration.

2.申请人身份证、营业执照或者其它机构合法登记证明文件的复印件。
A copy of the legal registration certificate of the applicant's identity card, business license or other institution.

3、提供申请注册的保健食品的通用名称与已经批准注册的药品名称不重名的检索材料。
The generic name of the health food that provides the application for registration and the search material for the name of the drug that has been approved for registration.

4、申请人对他人已取得的专利不构成侵权的书。
 The patent that the applicant has obtained for others does not constitute the guarantee of infringement.

5、提供商标注册证明文件（未注册商标的不需提供）。 
Provide the trademark registration certificate (not to be provided for the unregistered trademark).

6、产品研发报告（包括研发思路，功能筛选过程，预期效果等）。 
Product r&d report (including r&d thinking, function screening process, expected effect, etc.).

7、产品配方（原料和辅料）及配方依据；原料和辅料的来源及使用的依据。
Product formulation (raw materials and accessories) and formulation basis;
Source and use of raw materials and auxiliary materials.

8、功效成分/标志性成分、含量及功效成分/标志性成分的检验方法。
Efficacy components/signature ingredients, content and efficacy ingredients/signature components of the test method.

9、生产工艺简图及其详细说明和相关的研究资料。 
The production process schematic diagram and its detailed description and related research data.

10、产品质量标准及其编制说明（包括原料、辅料的质量标准）。 
Product quality standards and their preparation instructions (including raw materials and quality standards for auxiliary materials).
